Layering Lab Body Mists | Vegan & Cruelty Free

Hi there! A quick disclaimer – This post is recycled from my old blog. I know, its a bit cheeky but I have made some updates on this review.

I’d like to show you some unsuspected gems I found at Superdrug and I promise you, you wont be disappointed! If you’re like me then you’re probably a bit sceptical of value brands and believe that what you pay for is what you get, however these are just as good as your higher priced brand body mist/ perfume.

Starting with my favourite of the two – Paradise (peachy coloured bottle). I love it’s warm scent of tangerine, green tea and vanilla and I kid you not smells just like Olympea Pacco Rabanne (Olympea is NOT cruelty free or vegan). The scent also reminds me of M&S’s Island Sunset perfume (M&S Island Sunset is cruelty free and made in the UK) which is one of my absolute favourite perfumes. Paradise makes a perfect replacement / alternative to these as it is both cruelty free and vegan. It is also the cheapest out of the lot at £3.99 a bottle or 2 for £6. However the bottle isn’t as pretty as Olympea or Island Sunset which is a shame but you wont be worried about it smashing in your handbag or losing it in the back of a taxi….oops. Also, whenever I wear it my boyfriend tells me that I smell nice, so thats a win in my book.

As Blossom (blue bottle) is from the same line as Paradise (there are also 7 other mists to chose from) it is cruelty free and vegan, £3.99 a bottle and part of the deal 2 for £6. The best part about Blossom with it scents of rose and jasmine is that it smells just like Alien (Alien is not cruelty free or vegan).

You can use these mists individually or mix them together to create you own scent, which is instructed to you on the back of the bottle. I’ve not tried this and I don’t intend to, I feel like it would be a too complex mix of smells and lose it’s own individual beauty.

Thanks for reading! Have you tried any of the Layering Lab Body mists before? Let me know in the comments below which ones you’ve tried!
